i think i have the right part and would be greatful for any help you can offer. thanks kevin. i have taken out the battery tray and nothing there,just seems to be part of the chasis no sign of the cooler.please help.

please help! the other day i had pink creamy water coming out of the overflow. anyway after a few phone calls i believe its the oil cooler for the auto box. ive been and bought one but dont know how to fit it. ive been told its connected to the geerbox(cant see where) also told its near the rad (cant see it)phoned my local fords and they asked me where it was sited. called to garages and was told they dont do oil coolers. ive almost pulled out all my hair. please can anyone give me some advice . many thanks kevin ......

IF YOU SEARCH THE FORUM YOU WILL FIND PLENTY OF HELP WITH THIS , I HAD THE SAME PROB AND MANAGED TO DRAIN AND REFILL MINE AND IM NOT THAT CLEVER. GOOD LUCK

CANT BELIEVE THE TENSIONER ONLY LASTED A MONTH. I WOULD ASK TO SEE THE FAULTY PART WHEN IT IS CHANGED , IF THE PART WAS NEW IT MUST HAVE BEEN FAULTY.

I HAVE A 1996 V6 AND IT DOES THE SAME THING AS SOON AS THE COOLANT LEVEL DROPS SLIGHTLY . PROB JUST NEEDS TOPPING UP WITH A DROP OF WATER.
