A mate of mine has a Fiat Multipla and assures me there's a special wave that Multipla drivers use for each other. He won't tell me what it is though as I don't have a Multipla (and was quite rude about his). So I wondered: Is there a special 'Galaxy' wave? What is it? Do we wave at Sharans & Alhambras? Do we have a special wave for Espaces? (One finger or two?)

OK, I don't smoke but would like to plug stuff in to the fag lighter in the ash-tray bit. It seems to be stuck in - I can't either pull it out or pop it out by heating it up. In fact I'm not sure it's actually a fag lighter at all (maybe a blank). It does have a button that depresses but it doesn't stay down. Does any of that make sense? Hope so - I'm getting a bit bored of keeping the SatNav on charge in the boot and running it off battery when we need it up front. Also it's quite difficult to fish it out of the boot when you're steaming down the M6 alone!

Not often I'm pleased to see the scousers win but, yep, pleased with that. Now all we need is another thrilling episode of 'The Scholes and Ronaldo Show' tomorrow and I'll be a very happy boy indeed.

Hi all. Brief introduction to the car.... '02 TDi Zetec Manual bought it on Tuesday, seems fine so far :wacko: This is our first Galaxy, in fact out first Ford and our first MPV. Now I hope this won't offend anyone but we've not got a Galaxy because we want one. We've got one 'cos we need one. We've got 3yr old triplets and when it came to changing car we couldn't really avoid the MPV thing. Previous family car was a Volvo V70 but Mrs Higs wrote that off (she likes me telling people that! :wacko: ) Other interests include mountain biking and Manchester United (No, I'm not from Surrey, Norway or the Philippines, Yes I do go to matches (and did so when we weren't winning stuff too)) Erm... anything else? S'pose I understand the need to have a 'trainee' period but would it be an idea to let trainee members post in the 'Member Introductions' section too? - seems a bit daft that I can only introduce myself after I've made 30 other posts ;)
