I've had no issues with my Galaxy and then when pulling away the car completely cut out. The car will try to start but not turn over. I called the RAC who could not find any faults and said they beleived the problem was fuel related. They sprayed it with easy start and the car started. I took the car to my local garage who could not find a problem with it when they put it on the diagnostic machine. Since then it has happened a further 4 times whilst driving (once whilst turning right across a main road) and I'm no further forward with locating the issue. I have taken my car to another garage now who think the fuel pump may need replacing. Has anyone had a similar issue and does this diagnostic seem correct as I don't want to just change parts for the sake of it? I've read lots about relay 109, does this sound like this could cause this issue? Any help would be massively appreciated.
