Couldn’t find in technical at all I’m afraid and Don’t know where to go

Please can someone help, my bonnet release cable has snapped , how do I go abou popping he hood ? an images or step by step insructions i.e. an idiots guide Pulling my hair out

I have had the door gaitor unplugged in mine and have about 6 snapped wires the rubber boot is torn all the way along too - whats the best way to reconnect the wires and can I buy a replacement boot anywhere ?
