Hi there, I had the problem of the fans not coming on with climate contraol on Auto. With the fans wired directly the fans come on. This therefore ruled out the fans being a problem. I found the problem to be a radiator fan resistor pack (when good these are light, limy green in colour but when worn turn black). They are located directly under the battery and can be seen from the side. Having replaced this the fans strated to work as expected. I suggest that this is where you look.
