well changed that with brand new one, then leads coil pack, spark plugs, air filter and still the same, any surgestions please, cheers in advance

Thanks for the quick reply Brain, when i stop i can usally keep revs up so she dont cut out, but sometimes to rarely cuts out. In my desk i have a brand new idle control valve that needs fitting so will ask my son if hes not to busy, i will let you know the outcome, please let it be that. once again thank you Al

Hi, looking for some help with my much loved 2000 mk2 2.3 petrol auto, problem is car drives great on a run but as soon as i pull up at a set of traffic lights or just sitting on driveway she wants to cut out, revs drop and wants to cut out and sometimes does but starts straight away, but normal driving is great. Had car serviced, no inprovement, just have no clue what it is, i wont get rid as shes been my best motor by far, wheelchair fits in it, thats a huge plus. wifes shopping not such a huge plus, 5 grand children say no more Hope someone can advise me so i dont spend or waste any more money. thanks Alan Sorry for any bad spelling
