  1. No but its close Part number on old cluster is VW-Nr. :7M5 920 920 N Part number on new cluster is VW-Nr. :7M5 920 940 Q The rev counters match, go's up to 6000 revs and red lines just above 4500 revs If when I'm on a motorway I set the cruise control to 100 mph I then press the reset button on the trip computer the average speed in a very short time reads as 70 mph on the trip computer and stays at 70 mph, So it would seem that this is actually showing the correct speed even though it's all part of the same unit.
  2. Hi I have just replaced the instrument cluster in my 1980 Ford Galaxy 1.9tdi with one I purchased on eBay. All seems to work well except the speedo is reading a lot to high ( doing 70mph shows 100mph ) I was hoping someone here could tell me how I can fix this or at least tell me what going on. Thanks
