Hi all, I have a R-reg MK1 2.3 Ghia. The problem is starting, it started about a month ago, will not start but then after about 5 plus goes it starts(red light on door flashing). ,then it got worse until it will not start at all. I change spark plugs(still same). then took battery off overnight now my main key will not turn engine over now, but spare keys do?????. took relay30 out, but its clicking so I think thats ok but going to buy a new one in case its not. I don't have the master red key. So help needed please. is it the immobiliser (and price for a master key) or relay30 or something else.. cheers and have a good xmas

Hi, I had a scorpio (stop laughing) and that autobox kept coming up with alight on dashboard which was a limp home mode. I when to a autobox dealer/fixer and they plugged into a computer and said oh dear its broken you need a new one!, but i search on the scorpio wed site(which is very good) which told me to clean the MAF sensor with carb cleaner, and yes it works. So dont jump in and but a new box, check the fordscorpio.co.uk web site and clean that MAF

Hi, had my 2.3 R-reg galaxy Ghia for 4months now, I got a knocking in steering wheel when you rock it. But just had 2 bulbs blown at the same time. o/s front main beam and n/s braking light, are they on the same fuse or does Galaxy have bad wiring like scorpio's(old car used to have). Or is it just sods law again. Thanks in advance.
