Hello All New to the site.... I have a Ford Galaxy 18L TDCi bought early 2008 but Mfg. 26-Sep-2007 with 1.8L Duratorq-TDCi (125PS) - Lynx Engine 6 speed. Its showing some of the well documented power steering problems - my mechanic says it has the EHPAS (Electric Assist) Power Steering but my reading of the forums seems to indicate it may have the traditional type. It seems the EHPAS systems are notoriously difficult to repair and very expensive. It would be very nice if it was just a loose belt or something cheap - this car has my heart broken with all the various repairs. A good family holiday has been consumed in costs. Any pointers would be very much appreciated. JPK
