I've got same issue, looked atbwires as best I can on drivers door and found 1 green wire broken , could this be my issue,thanks

Looking at upgrading look of galaxy , I have 2001 2.3 petrol zetec, looked after the old girl but I still have the standard zetec alloys but looking at some 18s ,what would be correct size I need please , I get there 5x112 but its centre bore n j that confuses me, and would need any extra kit , thanks for help
