Thank you for this guide! I had managed to get everything apart, greased up and put back again, but when I put the wipers back on, despite marking the windscreen, they were totally out of sync. So I did the obvious and went straight to Google and this forum came up and thanks to the photo of the position of the motor link I now have working wipers. So thank you once again!
