Thanks for your reply, I dont know if it has gas, have booked in for regas tomorrow, should the compressor still cut in if no gas? CC display is flashing on startup vag is showing pressure switch & sunlight sensor.

Hi I have Mk2 Galaxy the aircon is not getting cold vag .com came up with possible open circuit on Sunlight sensor g107, I removed the sensor from the dash & found that it was not connected, also I cannot find any wires in the area. Will this prevent the aircon working entirely? Does anyone know what the wires connect to at the other end so that I can trace back. Thanks Colin
