As I said in my first post, the compressor is not spinning ! It's never worked since we had the vehicle which has been a few months. It's been regassed with one of those cans from Halfords at the same time as a Honda Civic whose air con wasn't working. The Honda came up to pressure and the compressor kicked in and now works perfectly but the Galaxy came up to pressure but the compressor won't start. The rad fans don't spin when Auto is pressed on the climate control. If the fans were faulty, would this stop the air con from running ?

Hi, We have a 2005 Galaxy 1.9tdi Ghia with dual air con but it isn't working. The pressure has been checked with a diy gauge and is showing as ok but the compressor won't kick in. There are no fault codes present when scanned. When pressing Auto on the climate control the radiator fans don't kick in. All the fuses have been checked and are ok. What would be the next step to try and get this sorted ?
