  1. Not sure, all I know is I fixed the pipe & the cars been fine since :)
  2. Think I've solved this. After spending some time under the car following the fuel lines and checking everything I could, I spotted a vacuum pipe that was split in half. Didn't have any tubing to fix it properly but temporarily joined it with duck tape. Car started after a few seconds turning over. I'll fix it properly before I drive it any distance.
  3. Hi, I'm new here. Had my old galaxy 2.3 for 5 years with few issues. It's a mark 1, 1998. A few months ago I had a problem with the car not starting. From reading info on this site I replaced relay 167 with a used one of eBay. Problem solved. Few days ago it failed to start again, this time I checked relay 30. On opening it didn't look very healthy so I ordered a new one, also got a new 167 just in case. Fitted both today, still not starting :( There's no whirring from the fuel pump, no flashing led, but I do get 3 beeps when i stop trying to start the engine. Ive checked every fuse under the dashboard, all ok. Not sure where to go next with this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Dave
