Just wanted to thank you all as when I, eventually, got hold of the relay 30 switch, it was definitely that! Replaced it and the car started straight away with no issues at all. Fantastic help from a fantastic site,

Yeah tested the battery and even tried jump starting it - no joy. Can't thank you enough for all helping out - wish i had come on here a week ago when the problem started!

I also forgot to mention that after a couple of attempts the interior light starts to flash intermittently and makes a sound that is just like the indicator is on!????! Very strange!

Ok, I am new on here and really just reaching out to prevent a costly garage visit. I have a T Reg Ford Galaxy that is refusing to start. I put the key in, I am then greeted with several beeps from the dash, all normal lights come on but that is all. There is literally no spark etc, complete silence, I literally have no idea what this could be and am contemplating changing the dreaded relay 30, however, not sure if this is the right way to go. Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
