help needed any can anyone give a step by step guide on changer starter on a v reg 1.9 diesel please

help ive got a loud nock seems be coming from passenger front done usual stuff changed drop links , track rods and still no joy i cant seem to find any visible signs does anyone have any ideas ps ive checked battery and spare wheel , it only happens over a bump or speed ramp etc

please can any one tell me in easy terms how i change the pas belt on a vreg 1.9tdi as ive taken out the bolt with the fully washer thing that slots in but have no clue how to release the belt i would be very grateful for all help thanks
