Just tried it it works!!!!! Stupid guy at ford dealership was pulling the red pully thing on seats and said both seats were broken....Thank you guys for responding. Really appreciated

I bought a ford galaxy mk3 ghia in the Summer and recently needed to fold all the seats down in the back. I managed to fold back two and middle seat of the centre row BUT cannot fold seats either side of this seat. The red pull tag on on the two seats does not seem to work in folding down the seats. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone have a solution? Many thanks jav
