  1. Ok Guys thanks,I will set to work on your suggestions and see what turns up.
  2. Hi,done my anti roll bar links thanks to the kind folk on here with their info and photos, very proud of myself. There is a rattle on the passenger side when running rougher road but when I changed the drop links on the drivers side it just all fell in to place nicely for the two threads and nuts but on the passenger side I had to get the misses to sit on the bonnet(no sniggering down the back, shes not that big)and bring it down to get it to align. Does this give a better indication to single out what the rattle may be and if so could my new found skills be brought to the fore again to fix it?
  3. Thanks for the info guys, took out the tray and drilled a hole.the motor did not seem to be wet any way. Took out the three small nuts and then undid the big central nut and readt to lift up, the unit almost seems like it is threaded on,just not lifting of?
  4. Thanks for the info Seat.Is the motor and module behind the bulkhead and if I get a scrapper would it be a job I could do diy replacing it like for like? My knowledge of electronics is nada although I just replaced my shower like for like!
  5. I know, its strange,I thought it might have been something to do with the rain sensors and that I could somehow disable them as a cheap fix.
  6. Hi Guys, just bought a 01 ford galaxy 1.9tdi 115bhp(not sure what mark this is). Thinking there is a lot of problems coming down the line on this one but is lovely to drive at the moment. Have had the brake lights gone on it all ready and bought a brake light switch and fitted it.....and it works so feeling good about that amazing piece of mechanical achievement by me. My next problem I have is my wipers are just coming on themselves most of the time and when I push the stalk forward for the back wipers it stops the front wipers but I have the back wipers running the most of the time. Anyone come across this before?
