Ford Galaxy Mk Iii Passenger Door Will Not Unlock

I have a Mk iii galaxy and the passenger door will not unlock. The central locking button on the key lock the door, and the catch comes back when you press the open button, but the handle will not open the door. what should I do to fix it ?.
