I'm not sure about this as my alternator pulley is a solid one therefor can't seize. Have changed the tensioner and arm as well as the tensioner wheel......

i have a mk1 1999 galaxy with the ahu engine. the idler pulley is bouncing and i think i have the solid alternator pulley. any ideas
