Problem fixed the diagnostic computer was plugged in and picked up an intermittent fault with the brake sensor switch. New switch fitted and touch wood it's been no more problem (total cost with full safety check and new pollen filter fitted =£70:00 ) very happy.

I am having the same problem its fine until I have done aprox 50miles then all four brakes lock on, leave about 1hour to cool down then it's fine again. Sent it to my local garage so just waiting for the results (and the bill). I will post the results when I get them, but if there is anyone that can shed light to this it will be a big help.
