Hi I have a 2003 mk 2 2.3 petrol manual with a starting problem - key in ignition everything lights up on dash but engine will not turn over ( dead ) but if i bridge battery to starter while ignition is switched on will start ? is this relay 30 or something different any suggestions gratefully received regards dean

thanks all car sorted ? turns out my 8 year old took key apart and removed and lost chip so key not talking to vehicle ? As I only have 1 key how do i get a 2 nd key to work ?

Hi I have a Galaxy mk 2 2002 2.3 petrol manual that will not start from looking at known issues it has all the symptoms of relay 30 replacement , ? except i can hear the fuel pump prime when ignition key is turned to 1st postion . so my question is can the relay still be the problem ? Regards
