hello I've the same problem with my MK2 Galaxy But I changed the resistor for a new one I bought from a Main Ford dealer for 35 pound and the heater only worked on setting 4. Worse!!!!!!!!! so i returned the bloody thing and got a refund Now I return to search for a new solution any help appreciated :34:
