Is this the right cable for a Mk III as I am having problems starting mine in the cold weather it takes about 30-40 attempts (cranking but not firing) lots of grey smoke.... when it finally starts, it will keep starting first time.....untill it is left for a good 12 hours then same problem.... I have recently had it serviced and changed battery and glow plugs......very frustrated hoping buying a VAGcable will help identify the problem many thanks tony
