  1. Thank you for your quick reply, its appreciated. The passenger foot well hasn't been wet as far as I know. The door problem is "only" the door open warning light on the dash flashing on and off. So I'm sure you can understand why we wouldn't want to spend £1000 to get that fixed. When you say the turbo maybe over or under boosting. How would this be able to be fixed? I think the garage used some form of turbo cleaner?
  2. Hey guys and girls. New to the forum and need some advice regarding my Galaxy. At least once every journey, I have a sudden loss of power, when I put my foot down nothing happens and it feels like the engine has no pull in it at all. If i pull over and turn the engine off and then back on, all is well for the rest of the journey. I've taken it to ford, they used their testing software and have said that there is a fault in the drivers door, specifically something to do with the ECU and the door.i realise that seems random. What's more frustrating is that they said that this fault is stopping their software see what the engine fault is. And to put the icing on the cake, ford have said that we must repair this fault at the cost of a £1000 before they can even look at the loss of power fault. what is going on?
