Thanks for your reply...I haven't tried disconnecting fan, since car is still under warranty. However, when the fan stops, then noise does seem to go away. Thanks Ian

Hope someone can help. My 2010 Galaxy (163) Titanium Diesel has a tapping/clicking sound when the engine gets hot and the radiator cooling fan is going. The tapping noise increases in frequency as the engine revs are raised. Also noticed a burning rubber smell at the same time. It went to our local Ford dealer, but they couldn't replicate. Anyone had similar probs? Thanks Ian
