Hi, sorry for reviving an old thread, how did you get the bulb out !!!!???! I can't seem to figure it.. Any help would be greatfully received

I Had this on my 58 model. firstly when I would press the pluss or minus button, then just randomly cut out. Took to ford garage (on last day of warranty !). They said it was with replaced it under warranty and no more problems ...... for 9 months. It has started again about 3 months ago. not as bad and becomes intermittently worse then gets a bit better. Provides some entertainment on longer journeys! K
