Hi Jonnsal, Have you tried re-setting the imobiliser by disconecting the battery? When you come to put it back on flash the plus lead after connecting the minus. It worked for me on a Rover I once owned. Can't hurt to try. Don

All the UK one were expensive for something that given one to take apart, I could probably reproduce out of Maplins. However, thanks for the link. I have a 1995 Ford Galaxy ghia 2.8 with the VR6 engine and what I assume to be a Ford gearbox. Do or di Haynes ever publish a manual to cover this version of the car? If not, is the car covered in a VW or Seat manual. Thanks, Don

Hi, The water in the footwell problem could be doen to the drain tubes in the sun roof being blocked. This allows water to build up in the guttering inside the sunroof and the water then runs down the head lining into the car. Had the same problem with mine when I first bought the car. My solution was to take down the bedroom net curtains and use the wire to push CAREFULLY down the tubes in each corner untill they came out in the wing above the front wheel. It cure mine. Can anyone tell me where the reversing light switch is on a P reg Galaxy ghia V6 please? Mine seems to be faulty and will only turn on the reverse lights when the gear lever is held back. Thanks, Don
