the track rod end you can get hold of it and move it, and the its a shake as if your wheel is going to fall off thats the best way to descibe it

silly question how do you know that it is lined up correctly ? yes i have renewed the bolt

hi there i had a problem with my abs light on all the time had it plugged in and it was the reluctor ring on the off side front after looking at it i could see it wasnt turning so today i changed it, i undid the track rod end and the 2 allen nuts underneath and the main nut that bolts the drive shaft on then managed to get the drive shaft out of the wheel i took the ring out and it had snapped cleaned it all up with a wire brush put the new one on put back drive shaft bolted every thing back up i did have a problem with the track rod end any way put another one on from another galaxy that i am breaking did every thing up so nothing was loose put the wheel back on took it for a run up the road well i was well chuffed as abs light went out great but then the front started vibrating and shaking as if a wheel was going to fall off i checked it all out and i cannot see anything that could be up, the track rod end does seem to be very loose as you can move it and it is done right up tight so now i am stuck as dont know what to do if any one could shed some light on it would be great

I had this problem this morning wipers working fine then when I went to use hem again nothing the back one would go instead of he front wipers then the front ones went once and then nothing, checked fuses when I got home and hey we're fine great I though then I went on this forum and like all the other treads check the second fuse from the right on the bottom and yep it had blown changed fuse and then working again ;-)

hi i have just purchased a ford galaxy zetec 1.9 tdi i new it had an oil leak before i got it and was hoping it was going to be an easy fix ? the engine was covered in oil from top to bottom any way i noticed that the sump plug was leaking so i tried to tighten it up but was still leaking slightly i then changed the oil and put a new plug in and fingers x it seemed to have worked if it starts to leak again is there any suggestions as to what i could do ? there was a funny looking thing comming out of where you fill the oil on the top it looks like oil had been comming out of it and covering the engine (at least it wont rust) has anyone else had this problem ? i have taken it off and just put filler cap directly on.
