Does anyone know of a towbar bike rack (wheel support type not hanger for 3/4 bikes) which will tilt far enough back to allow the tailgate to be opened on a Galaxy ('09) when fully loaded with bikes?

Hi - are you able to tilt your Atera back sufficiently to enable to boot to be opened while the rack is still loaded?
