Din Size Of Inbuilt Ford Car Stereo

Hi, I'm just about to order the sat nav bezel to fit a double din. Can anyone who's done this tell me if they needed to replace their cupholders or can I use the existing ones? Also does anybody have instructions for removing the bezel? Thanks in advance. Dalk1
