  2. Hi In case anyone needs this I've got sorted thanks to another post here. Fault was simply a blown fuse but the problem was the fuse is suppose to be for the fan according to manual. Apparantley it has something to do with power supply to wiper relay. Mine in 04 Alhambra was located under the dash at fuse 33 and requires a 10amp fuse. Hope this helps someone. Great forum Cheers Abe

  4. HI All I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM WITH A RECENTLY PURCHASED SEAT ALHAMBRA 2004 I HAVE READ MANY OF THE POSTS RE WIPER PROBLEMS BUT MINE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND IM HOPING FOR SOME GOOD ADVICE. THE WIPERS PACKED IN OVER THE WEEKEND, STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY AND NO MOVEMENT EVEN BY HAND.AS ADVISED I REMOVED THE WIPER LINKAGE AND MOTOR. I MANAGED TO FREE THEM UP SOMEWHAT WITHOUT TAKING THE LINKAGE APART. THE MOTOR AND LINKEAGE WERE MOVING FREELY BY HAND. PROBLEM IS THAT ON START UP THE MOTOR RUNS AND RETURNS THE WIPERS TO THE PARK POSITION. IF ALREADY IN THE PARK POSTION THE MOTOR CLICKS AND DOES NOTHING ELSE. I TOOK THE MOTOR OFF THE LINKAGE TO TEST AND IT DOES THE SAME THING. I AM NOW WONDERING IF I NEED TO OPEN THE MOTOR AND ATTACHED MODULE TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING OBVIOUS THAT MIGHT BE CAUSING THIS AND IF SO WHAT SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE ABE
