Any help please before I go hacking into the amp wiring

Hiya all, and what a great forum now that I own an Alhambra MK1 so I will be needing all the help I can get with the electric niggles. I have pulled out the old stereo expecting to be able to wire up another ISO connector but there is active amplifier with this radio. I want to bypass this and just connect the speakers up to the new stereo. There are adaptors available at
