o0 galaxy will not start. had new brain new fuel high pressure pump washed out fuel tank new injectors new alarm box. still just turns over on the key and for the 1st second it tries to fire then just turns over and over. no faults present and timeing has been checked and will run on easy start so mecanically all must be correct. and the brake lights wont work. any ideas.
