  1. I've found that if I keep the revs under 3000 and generally keep to 70 mph that I can drive it without any of the lights coming on. If they do, turning the car off for a while seems to reset the lights and taking the gearbox out of limp mode, giving you another chance! I would still like to know the root cause though.
  2. Found this very useful website, not sure if it's best in the FAQ section or External links: http://ford.workshop-manuals.com/Galaxy_2000.75_04.2000-02.2006/index.php?id=2 That takes you to the "menu" (see left hand side), which can be navigated to the relevant section. I found it helpful after trying to find directions for removing the RH Loadspace trim.
  3. We've started experiencing this exact same fault. Found that by pulling off and turning everything off for a few minutes the faults/lights clear and everything is fine. It happens on every motorway journey. Did you get to the bottom/root cause of the problem?
  4. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have the same issue on my Galaxy it's the same age and engine too. Do/did you also get a strong smell when you start the car up? I'd be very interested in what you did and if you fixed it.
