Hey .. Had nail in tyre .. put on spare .. no problem so far! However when Qwikfit attempted to put spare tyre back the carrier would not come down. Everybody says it's easy to remove the unit to repair / replace but can anyone tell me what tool I need to undo the bolts / fixings? Is it some kind of alum key? Any help would be appreciated. Don't really want to pay Ford loads of money! Thanks!
