extreme taxi

Hi i've only just joined today,but have a lot of experiance with manuel mk2 19 tdi, ive had two in the last eight years,(880,000 between them!) the start and restart problem could be and sounds like a cam sensor(just behind front cam pulley/front of engine)and not sure if the autos have a dual mass fly wheel,but thats what makes a deep rumble on the manuels when thats on its way out.........hope this helps,cheers

Hi All, Just signed up to the galaxy owners club,having dipped in now and again for tips and advice,just wondered if any of you guys can top my current milage? I have a 2004 galaxy tdi zetec 1.9tdi which has just turned 453,000 miles,ive owned the car now for 4 years,buying it with a nice 60,000,its been a stunning car over this time,just had full service and cambelt,and were going for the half million!! this one has gone past my previous 2000 mk2 which made 429,000,look forward to hearing from you,
