Hi i'm new to this forum and need an answer to my problem on my galaxy, the wiper only works on fast speed, there is no 1st speed or normal speed, also the jets for the front and back work but the rear wiper don't work. i have tested the connections on the lead that goes to the plug to the motor and also the stalk on the steering colloum and both seem to have power. could it be the wiper ecu and if it is where is this located as i have no idea please help
