Hi, I have a Galaxy 2.3i Ghia 99(x). The current symptoms are that: -- using the drivers side switch, the drivers window will not go up or down; the passenger side will go down but not up. -- using the passenger side switch, the passenger window is fully functional. I have tried a new (OS) regulator and switch to no avail so I would be grateful for any help or advice anyone can give. I have seen a number of posts pointing to the wiring passing through the rubber gaiters in the door getting broken. I will be checking this next but please tell me if there are any other things to try. Regards, Clive

Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between a Ghia and a Ghia X? I am looking to buy a 99V Ghia X automatic but it does not have a sunroof that I thought was standard on the Ghia X. Little paranoid I guess???
