  1. I will do the wiring myself since i don't "trust" a ordinary vehicle mechanic to do electrical stuff (well, some i do trust with this type of work). Since i have been dealing with high class amps in cars i know the value of heavy wiring so 10mm is also my choice to get rid af any unwanted voltage drop :) Still unsure about the other cables that was in the loom. One cable has a connector that fits the TTM and a flat wire terminal on the other end. It looks like it should be connected to a fisebox or similar but that is a guess. There is also another thinner wire that has a wire terminal that is similar to the one used in the large TTM connector. I will try to attach a picture tonight just to clarify what i have /Johan
  2. Hi all I have done a lot of searching all over the net to find how i should connect the wiring loom on my Galaxy 2010 model. I was lucky to find an almost brand new original Ford towbar with 13 pin wiring loom and TTM (trailer tow module) from a wrecked car. When we removed the 13 pin wiring loom and TTM it was pretty clear what should be connected where. But surprisingly i have discovered that the wiring loom propably wasnt connected properly in the old car since one connector and at least two cables was taped down with insulating tape. I guess someone took a short cut when they mounted (at the Ford dealer?) it all and didnt bother to connect the charging cable and possibly some other "important" cable. Since i always want things to work as the where designed to work my goal is to connect all cables as if the loom was fitted in out factory. So folks, anyone out there that has a worshop manual or some info on how to connect the wire loom? Regards /Johan
