  1. I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me the correct way to fit the dust shroud for the Mk 2 rear brake caliper piston. Having fitted the rubber shroud to the piston, and wound in the piston with the correct tool, I find it's impossible to push the rubber shroud down into the caliper (the Haynes manual says do it that way). So I assume the rubber shroud has to be stretched over the piston, then fitted into the caliper body, then I must wind in the piston and lastly make sure the shroud is seated ok in the piston groove. Is this correct? Many thanks!
  2. Great, many thanks for your help.
  3. Hi, could some kind person please tell me if the 20-plus piece kit for rear caliper piston windback available on eBay for around
  4. Easy, put another seat on the roof and tell people it's the Tanzania model :-)
  5. Thanks for that, Floydey. I did have a look on Parker and I think it said it's an option (presumably on the Zetec) but probably standard on the Ghia. Now I've bought an Owner's Guide, I see I don't have the RESET switch under the RH column stalk for the trip comp.
  6. This must be a daft question: is the trip computer standard on the Galaxy Zetec TDI?? I bought my car last week, the dealer's description said it had this fitted but I can't see any data. Is it switched on by a control anywhere?? Thanks in advance!
