  1. by the way, tested without resistors and no errors given, plus all works fine...
  2. thank you for all your replies... fitted the 4300K version ones with no prbs, but saying that the kit that i bought came with resistors that eliminate the canbus/ecu error for showing no bulb... the headlight units that i have they are prohector ones and identical to xenon version, so no probs there with overheating. also, i went to the garage to properly aling them and they even pasted the mot test too... so the law that requires all the washing and leveling mechanism are still not in force... after market hid kits still pass the mot with flying colours as long as they are not halogen, if they have projectors inside then no probs at all... hope that helps some one, too... as no one likes to share this information...
  3. yes I know all about it, thank you... on other hand the car will be used abroad most the time anyway and on night time mostly, too... so good lights are a must... i already have a projector lights on it, slightly better than standart halogen ones. my question was, will my computer show an error with aftermarket hid xenon conversion kit or not? and yes I know all the legal and not legal business, so unless you can answer my question, please dont bother lecturing me... saves your and my time. thank you very much in advance for your time and your understanding in this matter, Tom
  4. just wanted to find out if there will be any issues with car's pcu unit after the upgrade? or shall i get the upgrade kit that has already canbus warning error canceller installed? it is for ford galaxy mkIII ghia 2007 model. thank you for your help, Tom
  5. Sorry if this question was already here... My sensors not workign properly, when i start my car i get one long beep and then nothing works. This happens more often when the car is cold. After driving for about 15 mins the sensors seem to be working again. Is there a way to find out if this is caused of a bad sensor or wiring loom? and how, please? Thank you for your help, Tom
  6. Any one??? PLEASE!
  7. Help, please! Is it hard to take off and how? I cant see any clips or bolts, only the zip at the end of it. But cant find how to undo that zip. Regards, Tom
  8. hi, simmilar story as with fog lights. this time two main headlight units. is it possible to swap lenses? heating with fan did not work. regards, Tom
  9. hi, i have two fog units, one has lens damage and other one has body damage. is it possible to make one good unit by removing the lens and replacing on another? if yes how? i tried hot fan heating but this did not work. regards, Tom
  10. is it possible to replace the lens on 2007 galaxy main headlight unit?
  11. am i lucky or what? got a stone or something big hitting my fog light and smashing it. my question is, do i need the whole unit or can i buy and change only the glass unit on it?
  12. no, its all within the one unit, main headlight.
  13. the bulb itself its h1, exactly as the main beem one, although the reflector around the bulb is the smallest of all yes. any ideas? and when the car is still i cant get it working.
  14. just wandering, what's the purpose of the 3rd H1 bulb in the headlight??? you have main one H1, dipped either xenon or H7 and the 3rd hiding in the corner H1 aswell. anyone knows what's the purpose for this 3rd bulb? regards, Tom
