definately a relay i replaced 109 abd 103 on my tdi same problem as yours but got worse there s a link on here for the relay changing which i used was easy good luck

hi all has any one of you galaxy drivers had a lazy starter some times will start straight away and other times takes a few turns of the key been down relay road 109 and 103 thanks to some very helpfull people on here with great success thanks all

i had exactly the same problem and was told it was relay 109 but mines a deisel exact same fault though

the glowplug indicator doesent come on at all and i get asequence of lights on the led on the drivers door 1 then 3 is this a code

hi all does relay 109 apply to the tdi or petrol galaxy need to change mine getting worse anyone help please.

derrr had drive plate from motor 90 degrees out lol sorted now

hi all any one know the best way to syncronize the wipers with the linkage is there a start point as i took off the drive plate from the motor whilst regreasing spindles wish i hadnt now any one got any ideas please much appreciated bob.

every now gin when engine warm car will not start but leave for half an hour or so to cool starts no problem when this hppens glow indictor doesent illuminate

please help intermitent fault on glow plugs blower fan not working on 1 and 2 ac switches off on 3 and 4 windscreen wipers not working properly they stop and start get stuck then edge their way back down bloody nightmare any one got any ideas please much appreciated

any body had a problem with glow plug indicator not lighting up when ignition turned on and wont start but very intermittent will start perfectly 9 times out of ten any ideas ppl would love a light on the subject than,ks bob

having bother with intermittent fault on imobilizer 9 times out of ten no trouble firing up but sometimes glow plug light on dash wont light up hence not firing up but if left for hour or two fault goes and fires up any thoughts ppl also blower fan works on 3 and 4 but when using a/c it wont work on 3 and 4 but comes on on 1 and 2 speed becoming really annoying any one enlighten me plz, bob
