  1. Hi. You will need a set of radio removal tools, 4 in total like these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-FOCUS-C-MAX-RADIO-CD-STEREO-REMOVAL-TOOLS-KEYS-/160499824763?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item255e88f87b (i should maybe add these are not mine and i do not know the seller i have just included the link to help) These fit in all four corners of the unit at the same time to push in the clips behind which enables you to pull the stereo out. Hope this helps
  2. Many thanks for the replies. Yes the torque convertor and the gearbox have been completely drained. I will order some Dextron III tomorrow and just remember to change it every year. Thanks for all the help :35: Mick
  3. Many thanks for your reply and i completly see your point. However the Ford oil is so expensive due to the fact it is supposed to last the life of the gearbox and i am likely to change the oil on an annual basis when i service it. I have looked on Autodata and VW specify Dextron III for the 2001 onwards Sharan and i pressume this uses the same gearbox, would this be correct? Regards, Mick
  4. Hello everyone. I wonder if any kind sole could answer me a question please? I have just replaced the auto gearbox on my 2001 TDi Galaxy and i can't seem to find out what oil should go in it (other than the expensive Ford stuff). One motor factor has told me to use MT75 oil and another had told me to use Dextron III. Does anybody know if i can use any of the above? Many thanks, Mick
