Just How Many 115tdi Turbo's Trip Out

hi all thank goodness i found this forum :o think i have the same problem w reg tdi 53000 on the clock, just started to do alot of motorway driving and as soon as i hit 55 mph everything slows down,takes time to reach up to 70mph but this don't happen all the time could it be the turbo needs cleaning.thanks for any info louise
