Anybody out there know if 19PSI upper end boost is normal? Thanks, Chris

Hi all, Has the dreaded over pressure code on vagcom and have managed to get rid of it by moving the VNT actuator. Out of curiosity I took it for a spin and measured the inlet manifold pressure and came back with a maximum value of approximately 19psi (after taking away atmospheric). Is this a normal pressure or has it been tweaked by the previous owner? It is a Sharan 1.9TDi 115BHP AUY 2001. Thanks for all your advice in advance. Chris
