HELP.... I've only gone and broke the alloy the sensor clip goes onto is it called thermostat housing?? ... Pushed it with screw driver and snapped it off. Need to phone Ford tomoz to find out how much it's going to cost now.

Mine is playing up, it cuts out after a minute or so, i have checked it over with Vagcom it showed 01410 heater over temp I can't hear or feel the run on pump so I'm guessing that could be my problem. I have a couple if questions please.. 1) does anybody have a link to the brushes so I can have a go at replacing them 2) which auxilary heater should I have and I'm going to replace to glow plug too so will it be the one with 2 wires? 05 1.9 tdi 115 manual. Mine done this until last week I went under the car and pulled the front cable and it went with a right twang then bingo handbrake is perfect again.

Noticed my temp reading went from 90 to 50 on a motor way run Saturday night then the same happened yesterday... came on here 1st thread i searched answered my question! Installed Vag Com tonight and fault code 17664 engine coolant sensor appeared! Another job for the weekend. Just read it should be the black sensor just after part number now!

Had to do mine today too, all good now

Mine isnt working either, it wont eject the cartrige that holds the disks.

Hello Everyone, ive just got back from picking up my Galaxy Ghia today, this will be my 3rd and this time i promise not to sell it! I thought i would register on here after just guesting for the past week or so, im sure i used to be a member before! So far the only thing wrong ive noticed is the climate control is flashing after the engine is started and the Air Con isnt working so im guessing this may be the reason. All the best every1 Lee
