Hi, Thanks for that. If I should have to change the whole unit, can it be removed from the part where it pivots. If so how easy is this to do. Sorry for all the questions. James

Hi, I have searched the site and found a lot of helpful info but I cannot find the answer to my question. I need to replace the wing / door mirror on a 2007 galaxy, heated and electric. The part I need to replace is the black part that surrounds the mirror that the colour coded part clips to, it has cracked. Can I just replace this part? (the part that attaches to the door is ok as is the coloured part and the mirror glass) If so how can it be removed??? Also does anybody happen to know where I can get said part, I have looked on ebay but everyone seems to sell the whole unit. Many thanks in advance. James
