I am new to owning a Galaxy so only just begining to understand the various control systems and may give you wrong advice but this is how I see it. Say the display told you the ambient temperature was 25 deg and you selected 18 deg. The air con MUST be working to achieve this otherwise it will blow air at 25 deg. Do you think it is blowing air at ambient temperature or actually switching on the heater?
