  1. I have a Ford Galaxy 2003 (Mk 2)TDI (115BHP.) There seems to be an intermittent fault somewhere that when idling, increases the idle speed by about 10% (say from 750RPM to 850RPM)for a few seconds which then repeats about 6-7 seconds later. It does this ad infinutum but sometimes occasionally the variation stops but starts again a few minutes later. Does anyone know what it is and what I need to do to fix it?
  2. Sorry not to be clear! The main heater inside the vehicle behind the dashboard. It's a LX TDI (2003) with basic A/C not climate control. Regards, EalingBob
  3. During the recent cold weather, the main cabin heater made a noise on starting up (I presume it was iced up) and then stopped working altogether. I suspect the fuse has gone and the Ford manual does not help. Anyone got any ideas as to what's gone wrong and how I could check? Many thanks EalingBob
